That’s our motto, and it begins with saving time and effort with real food that is ready in minutes. But it also supports a healthy lifestyle when combined with exercise and relaxation.

 

Each meal plan is designed to provide all the essential nutrients and fiber that our bodies require for alertness and energy, immune system fortification, and calm nerves.

 

Every meal plan contains a variety of lean protein including cold-water fish and shellfish, boneless and skinless chicken breasts, hand-trimmed beef and pork, fresh vegetables, fruit sauces and dressings and whole grains and legumes.

 

We created a nine-week rotating menu of at least 12 different menu items for maximum enjoyment while your body receives all the nutrients it needs from a varied diet.

 

Each week our meal plans contain nutrients from all of the essential food groups. You meal is crafted to contain no more than 30% of total calories from fats, as recommended by the American Heart Association, 40% in complex carbohydrates for energy and 30% in lean protein for body repair and mental alertness.

 

Eating our meals on a regular basis will ensure that you get the nutrition you need while you enjoy so many different flavors and cuisines from around the globe.  From Moroccan spiced chicken with Israeli cous cous to Thai Shrimp rice noodles to tomatillo salsa chicken with rice and black beans we take you on a worldwide culinary tour each week.
